For each form-based process handled by the Brand X CMS, we offer integration with Salesforce. This means that data entered by visitors to your website on form pages can be injected into Salesforce for immediate follow-up by your sales team. If someone enters their My Profile area of a Brand X CMS website, any changes they are permitted to make to their profile will be synchronised with Salesforce. This means that the data generated by the website is always in sync with Salesforce. If someone changes their email address, phone number, marital status or any other information, that new information will be reflected in the My Profile area of the website and in your instance of Salesforce.
